This Application Form is in respect of, and accompanies, the PDS documents which offer units in the funds issued by Schroder Investment Management Australia Ltd (“Schroders”) ABN 22 000 443 274, AFSL No. 226473, the responsible entity for the funds offered in the PDS. Terms defined in the PDS and Additional Information have the same meaning in this Application Form. The term "Schroder Group," and each of the names of the respective entities comprising the Schroder Group, and the Schroder crest are trademarks of the Schroder Group.
